How and when do I get my checks?
We do! We offer a full line of retail real estate services from buying, selling, investing and property management. - 
			
How is rent collection handled?
Rents are due to our company the 1st-5th of every month. - 
			
How long of a lease do you sign?
Typically we secure a 18-24 month lease because vacancies are what cost an owner money. - 
			
How much security deposit do you charge the tenant?
1.5 months of the rent. - 
			
How soon can you start managing my property?
We are ready to begin managing your property yesterday, we have just been waiting to hear from you.
