How much will my property lease for?

This will be determined by the current market rates.
Who handles maintenance calls?

We do! We are on-call 24 hours a day, so your tenants will never have to wait to hear back and get any issues rectified.
Are you licensed?

We are a fully licensed and insured brokerage helping people build and manage their real estate wealth since 2003.
Can you put the money directly into my account?

It is deposited via ACH directly to your account.
Do you sell real estate too?

Absolutely, we can sell your home, buy your home and or help you buy a home
How and when do I get my checks?

We do! We offer a full line of retail real estate services from buying, selling, investing and property management.
How is rent collection handled?

Rents are due to our company the 1st-5th of every month.
How long of a lease do you sign?

Typically we secure a 18-24 month lease because vacancies are what cost an owner money.
How much security deposit do you charge the tenant?

1.5 months of the rent.
How soon can you start managing my property?

We are ready to begin managing your property yesterday, we have just been waiting to hear from you.
